Is credit repair legal?

Yes.  The FTC (Federal Trade Commission) regulates the credit services organizations and consumer’s legal rights to repairing credit.

Can't I fix my own credit?

Yes.  The FTC (Federal Trade Commission) provides regulatory information for the consumer explaining your legal rights to repairing your credit yourselves.

If I can fix my own credit why should I pay you to fix it?

While fixing your own credit is definitely an available way for you to repair your credit yourself, obtaining our services places the time and experience of taking a strategic approach to assisting you towards a brighter financial picture.  Most people get overwhelmed with not only knowing the rules and regulations, but also understanding how credit works, what accounts are important to keep on your report and how to utilize other resources, use them at the appropriate time, so that you can get to that perfect score.  There are a lot of gray areas that you will not learn on your own, to make you an informed consumer on how credit works.  We not only work with you to repair your credit and realize your dream, we also educate you along the way so that you will take what you’ve learned to obtain and maintain a healthy financial future.  If you want to work on fixing your credit yourself, we do provide a DIY Credit Repair Kit.

What are your office hours?

We are currently an online only business.  Anything can be utilized on the website 24/7.  Customer service hours to reach any credit specialist is Monday to Friday from 9:00am – 5:00pm EST.  We are closed on all legal holidays and some company training days.

What if I change my mind about getting my credit repaired after I enroll?

Pursuant to Title IV (Section 405 Disclosures) of the Consumer Credit Protection Act (Public Law 90-321,82 Stat. 164) you have the right to cancel your contract with any credit repair organization for any reason within (3) business days from the date you signed the agreement.  Once you have passed the initial 3 days, at any time you can cancel your contract, as long as you give in writing by mail, email, client portal, fax, or call our office no less than (10) calendar days before your next ACH payment.  Please see our Refund/Cancellation Policy for further details.
